📋 Description
• 负责交易平台与自研 L1 链核心链路的质量保障，涵盖撮合、清算、保证金与资金费、下单/撤单、账户与签名、区块持久化、索引与对外接口等模块 • 主导重大需求与核心模块的测试策略、方案设计与风险评估 • 设计高并发、数据一致性、幂等、超时重试、异常恢复、节点崩溃与重启等复杂场景测试 • 持续开展非指派的系统性风险排查，主动选定模块进行深度审查并落地新的测试场景 • 建设并持续优化自动化测试体系，推动接入 CI/CD，提升覆盖率、回归效率与交付质量 • 参与需求与技术方案评审 • 负责复杂问题定位、根因分析与质量风险跟踪，推动问题闭环 • 开展公链/共识系统测试，包括出块与最终性、重组与重放、nonce 窗口与双花防护（加分项） • 设计性能压测方案，分析出块速率、共识 RTT、CPU 拓扑与绑核对吞吐的影响，并定位瓶颈（加分项）
🎯 Requirements
• 全日制本科及以上 • 5 年以上软件测试经验，其中具备数字资产交易平台的实际测试经验 • 具备较强的自动化测试开发能力，熟练掌握 Python、Java、Go 中至少一种 • 能快速掌握一门陌生的编译型语言、读懂系统级代码 • 熟练使用 SQL 做数据查询、校验与分析 • 能在 Linux 环境下结合系统日志、链路追踪与业务数据定位复杂问题 • 熟悉 ClickHouse、MySQL、对象存储（S3）的数据校验与运维排查 • 深入理解操作系统底层机制 • 熟悉基于共享内存等极低延迟（Ultra-low latency）架构的并发与读写竞争 • 熟悉接口测试工具（Postman、Apifox 等） • 具有独立挖掘风险的驱动力、以证据为准的严谨逻辑，以及坦诚面对试错并勇于推翻自我的务实态度 • 有公链 / 共识系统测试经验（加分项） • 熟悉 JMeter、Locust 等性能测试工具（加分项） • 熟悉 CI/CD（Jenkins、GitLab CI、GitHub Actions）（加分项） • 有二进制/内存映射状态取证、分配剖析、火焰图等深度排查经验（加分项）
