📋 Description

• Ensure every component in the supply chain is delivered with quality and on time • Implement statistical process control methods for critical-part manufacturing • Work with suppliers to reflect statistical process control in process control plans • Run rapid sprint analyses with design engineers after supplier production or OQC inspection failures • Unblock shipment releases through risk-mitigative actions • Keep production running with effective preventive measures • Update and implement quality-control documentation based on root-cause analysis • Audit new suppliers for compliance with Halter’s quality requirements • Work with suppliers to quickly close identified non-conformances • Support hardware manufacturing and contract manufacturers in Asia

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in quality management for high-volume manufacturing • Production of electromechanical products preferred • Experience implementing and managing quality systems • Proven experience responding to and resolving quality issues rapidly • Experience working with suppliers to achieve required outcomes • High proficiency in written, verbal, and reading English and Mandarin (preferred) • Relevant quality-related qualifications such as ASQ certification, including CQE or CQA, beneficial • Formal Internal Auditor Certification beneficial • Willingness to travel regularly around APAC, 25%+ of the time • Ability to work effectively in a close team environment • Ability to work in a self-directed and demanding rapidly scaling company environment • Commitment to personal development and staying current with relevant industry standards, methods, and trends
