📋 Description

• Acquire mid-sized companies as clients for e-commerce, ERP, and digitalization projects • Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact through contract signing • Conduct introductory calls, online demos, and needs analyses • Understand the business models, processes, and requirements of mid-sized companies • Present solutions, concepts, and proposals to decision-makers • Develop tailored solutions together with consultants • Support negotiations and guide projects through the purchasing decision and contract signing • Document leads in the CRM and maintain forecasts and sales activities • Identify potential new customers and build a qualified sales pipeline • Manage complex sales processes involving specialist departments, IT managers, and executive leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in selling complex software, digital, or consulting services • Experience in acquiring new customers and building long-term client relationships • Ability to structure complex requirements, understand business processes, and communicate them clearly • Confident communication with management, specialist departments, and IT managers • Reliable use of CRM systems—ideally HubSpot—as well as forecasts and sales pipelines • Ideally, exposure to e-commerce, ERP systems, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
