📋 Description

• Independently manage and strategically develop Google Ads accounts • Develop and implement scalable SEA strategies aligned with defined performance targets • Continuously analyze, optimize, and strategically allocate budgets • Identify and implement opportunities for growth, testing, and automation • Use AI for analysis, research, campaign optimization, reporting, and efficient workflows • Proactively advance Google Ads strategies, processes, and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in performance marketing, with a focus on Google Ads • In-depth expertise in Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and YouTube • Proven experience independently managing and scaling complex accounts • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with tracking, attribution, and performance KPIs • Proficiency in using AI tools for analysis, optimization, automation, and more efficient workflows • A high degree of ownership, strategic thinking, and independent decision-making ability
