• 🧑‍💻 **What you’ll be working on** • - **Strategic problem-solving:** Diagnose complex operational and regulatory challenges, frame solutions from first principles, and drive them to completion • - **Outsourcing & risk foundations:** Build and own frameworks to manage inter-group outsourcing services: Performance management, risk assessment, and strategic ownership of service execution. • - **Cross-functional execution:** Coordinate delivery across compliance, legal, product, and operations to deliver first-in-class products. • - **Workflow and systems design:** Design and implement scalable operational controls spanning vendor due diligence pipelines, risk monitoring, and service performance using RAG pipelines, reasoning systems, and agentic automation.
