📋 Description

• Ensure recruitment compliance and improve recruitment operations • Design and deploy appropriate processes and tools to optimize the candidate experience • Ensure adherence to methodological guidelines and operational excellence standards • Analyze and recommend improvements to recruitment practices • Advise and assist with GDPR compliance • Lead and coordinate Business Units in defining and monitoring their performance indicators
