📋 Description

• Overseeing and actively managing the DAO’s treasury assets to maximize yield and minimize risk. • Working closely with the Head of the DAO and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure financial health, transparency, and strategic planning for future liquidity events.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in crypto trading, treasury management, or DeFi strategy. • Deep understanding of decentralized and centralized trading platforms. • Proven track record in designing and implementing asset management and tokenomics strategies. • Strong quantitative skills with experience building pricing models and simulating buyback strategies linked to revenue or usage growth. • Familiarity with tokenomics, liquidity mining, staking, and DAO governance. • Experience deploying and managing DeFi liquidity pools across major chains and DEXs. • Advanced data analytics and dashboarding skills (e.g., Dune, Nansen, Flipside, custom SQL dashboards). • High integrity and a DAO-first mindset with comfort operating transparently.
