📋 Description

• Support the client's clinical care team • Liaise with Project Managers and/or Product Managers, or with the designated Development team responsible for the implementation • Provide on-site or remote customer support • Monitor the operation of procedures • Travel to client sites to install Dedalus tools • Configure the tools according to client requests and production specifications • Train the client's clinical care and administrative teams • Manage the integration of existing applications • Perform functional testing • Participate in Level I and Level II help desk activities, including on-call rotations • Document completed activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedicine, Radiology, Computer Science, or a related field • Knowledge of workflows in a hospital or clinical environment • At least 3 years of proven experience working with clients in complex healthcare software environments • Knowledge of Oracle Database is a plus • Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Strong teamwork skills • Experience working in an ITIL-based environment • Knowledge of SQL is a plus • Experience with healthcare information systems projects is a plus • Intermediate English proficiency; advanced or fluent English is a plus
