📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end Sage Intacct implementation projects from discovery through post-go-live support. • Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Sage Intacct configurations. • Configure company structure, dimensions, modules, workflows, approvals, user roles, permissions, and system settings. • Design and implement dashboards, financial reports, custom reports, and operational KPIs. • Support data migration activities, including data mapping, imports, validation, and reconciliation. • Coordinate and troubleshoot integrations between Sage Intacct and third-party applications using APIs and middleware solutions. • Conduct solution testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment activities. • Deliver administrator and end-user training sessions while developing implementation documentation and user guides. • Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve client business processes using Sage Intacct functionality. • Provide post-implementation support, system optimization, and ongoing technical recommendations. • Collaborate closely with CFOs, Controllers, Finance Leaders, developers, and cross-functional project teams. • Manage multiple implementation projects while ensuring timelines, milestones, and client expectations are met.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Sage Intacct implementation and configuration experience. • Demonstrated experience leading multiple ERP implementation projects. • Strong knowledge of Sage Intacct modules, dimensions, workflows, reporting, and security administration. • Experience with ERP implementation methodologies and business process analysis. • Experience supporting data migration and system integration. • Familiarity with REST APIs, middleware platforms, and third-party software integrations. • Strong project management and client-facing consulting experience. • Ability to align with U.S. business hours (PST) with flexibility based on client collaboration and project deadlines. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and project collaboration platforms. • Ability to communicate effectively with US partners and teams.
