📋 Description

• Prepare and manage requests for extra work quotes involving EPO/VPO • Follow up on overdue builder invoices to support timely payment collection • Handle disputes related to builder invoices, EPOs, and VPOs • Process builder payments • Process all vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner • Process subcontractor invoices and ensure proper documentation • Upload purchase orders and perform EPO/VPO matching • Upload plans and plot plans as required • Process and manage subcontractor backcharges • Process and manage vendor backcharges • Process and manage builder backcharges • Closely follow client instructions and processes • Accurately report time and support accounting problem resolution

🎯 Requirements

• Post-secondary degree or certificate related to accounting • Related bachelor's degree in accounting or Finance • 3+ years of accounting experience • Very proficient with Excel • Expert in QuickBooks • Proficient in the Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) • Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new applications • Very proficient written and spoken English • Attention to detail and organization • Professional written and verbal communication with clients, suppliers, and team members • Ability to adapt to different situations • Ability to multi-task, solve problems, and prioritize without compromising details or accuracy • Ability to remain calm in stressful situations • Accountable, reliable, and positive attitude • Ability to perform clerical functions, including researching, tracking, and resolving accounting problems • Ability to work 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday
