📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end promotional order lifecycle • Source products via SAGE, ESP Web, CommonSKU, and other industry-specific platforms • Prepare and deliver client-facing presentations • Coordinate with suppliers on pricing and timelines • Proactively communicate with clients on order status • Support the team with proactive client outreach to grow assigned accounts • Manage Online Company Stores and post-order support

🎯 Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong client communication & coordination skills • Preferably, experience working with international clients • Detail-oriented, proactive, able to manage multiple accounts • Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Communications) • 6+ years in a transferable field: account management, vendor management, B2B/B2C sales, order management, supply chain, e-commerce, and/or marketing • Excellent verbal, written, and English communication skills • Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications • Intense exposure to Workday, Asana, and other CRMs is a plus • CRM & order management platform experience
