📋 Description

• Analyze customer demographic details and form corresponding marketing strategies • Contribute to creating digital assets, including email campaigns, client portals, and e-commerce platforms • Build web stores with functionality supporting client needs • Understand invoice types generated by each store for customers • Update web stores with pricing, product maintenance, and graphics • Check inventory and order samples • Coordinate order production and communicate with suppliers through an e-commerce platform • Provide administrative and project support for various e-commerce projects • Perform ad hoc tasks aligned with the role

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any related field • 1-2 years of direct E-Commerce, Promotional, or other similar experience • Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills • Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours • Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications • Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva is a plus • Basic Excel skills, including simple formulas • Ability to create clear PowerPoint presentations • Ability to perform basic arithmetic for costing and pricing • Strong attention to detail in reviewing and validating data/content • Able to interpret written instructions and execute tasks with minimal supervision • Basic understanding of e-commerce workflows, including product listings, store setup, optimization, and SEO fundamentals • Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients and team members • Customer orientation and ability to adapt to different personalities • Comfortable supporting social media marketing activities • Experience in the promotional products industry or similar e-commerce environments is an advantage • Familiarity with Sage, ESP, CommonSku, or Syncore is a plus
