📋 Description

• Understand business needs, processes, and rules, translating them into clear and manageable requirements. • Analyze and propose systems solutions aligned with the organization’s objectives. • Prepare functional and technical specifications for applications developed in Java, JavaScript, and Angular. • Analyze structures, queries, integrations, and impacts related to Oracle databases. • Assess the impact of solutions on existing systems, processes, integrations, architecture, and technical standards. • Present solutions to the team and stakeholders before they enter the development pipeline. • Work with business analysts to structure, detail, and prioritize the backlog. • Monitor development, testing, user acceptance testing, and deployment activities. • Ensure solutions are delivered according to the established scope, timeline, and budget. • Participate in squad ceremonies and meetings, contributing to planning and execution. • Keep requirements, documentation, and delivery-related records up to date. • Support production deployment, including configuration, parameterization, and stabilization. • Guide users and answer questions about system functionality. • Identify dependencies and impacts related to solutions developed by other squads. • Support knowledge transfer to support and continuous improvement teams. • Monitor vendor deliverables and validate compliance with requirements. • Propose improvements to development, quality, integration, and architecture processes. • Share knowledge and best practices with the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration with an emphasis in IT, or a related field. • Experience in systems analysis and requirements gathering. • Experience preparing functional and technical specifications. • Knowledge of applications developed in Java. • Knowledge of web development with JavaScript. • Knowledge of the Angular framework. • Knowledge of Oracle databases, including data modeling, SQL queries, and object creation. • Ability to analyze the impact of changes across the frontend, backend, database, and integrations. • Knowledge of systems development, testing, user acceptance testing, and deployment processes. • Experience monitoring software development projects or deliveries. • Ability to understand business processes and rules and translate them into systems solutions. • Experience organizing, detailing, and monitoring backlogs. • Knowledge of agile methodologies and participation in squad routines. • Experience communicating with technical teams, business areas, users, and stakeholders. • Ability to document solutions, decisions, requirements, and processes. • Intermediate English proficiency for reading, writing, and conversation. • Graduate degree or specialization in Information Technology, Business Administration with an emphasis in IT, or a related field (preferred). • Previous experience with projects that jointly use Java, Angular, and Oracle (preferred). • Knowledge of REST APIs and systems integration (preferred). • Knowledge of messaging systems and queues (preferred). • Knowledge of PL/SQL and Oracle query optimization (preferred). • Knowledge of systems architecture and integration patterns (preferred). • Experience with CRM platforms (preferred). • Experience with systems related to marketing, customer service, customer relationship management, or customer experience (preferred). • Experience with business process automation (preferred). • Knowledge of development project management or systems implementation (preferred). • Experience managing and monitoring technology vendors (preferred). • Experience planning and monitoring scope, timelines, costs, risks, and dependencies (preferred). • Experience deploying and stabilizing solutions in production (preferred).
