📋 Description
• Work in your area of expertise in major transformation programs in the insurance industry • Project management • Architecture • Requirements and/or testing • Collaborate across Deloitte’s Swedish and global practices to deliver future-proofed solutions. • Act as a bridge between business and technology, contributing to product roadmaps and delivery. • Ensure that technical solutions meet business needs as well as security and regulatory requirements. • Lead and coach defined projects and smaller teams, fostering collaboration, driving performance, and ensuring successful delivery of objectives.
🎯 Requirements
• 4-10 years’ experience in the industry working with one or more of the skill domains listed • Experience from both the industry and consulting is highly valuable • Having worked with core insurance systems such as Guidewire, Sapiens, TIA or similar is a strong plus • Proficiency in Swedish and English and strong communication skills.
