📋 Description

• Lead engagement teams and provide US tax consulting services to multinational clients • Address complex tax issues and provide tax analysis and recommendations • Lead engagement teams, advance marketing strategies, and enhance outreach and relationship cultivation • Maintain and develop strong client relationships across US tax consulting engagements • Manage tax consulting projects involving cross-border federal tax planning, restructuring, controversy, and accounting for income taxes • Research federal and state tax legislation and assess impacts on compliance and consulting • Provide leadership, counseling, and career guidance to develop and motivate engagement teams • Coordinate with clients’ tax and finance departments on tax planning and compliance data gathering • Assist with engagement workflow management and supervise tax consultants and interns • Assist clients with implementing specific tax structures and processes • Oversee complex tax computation projects for clients in diverse industries

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in providing and leading diverse US tax consulting projects - Mandatory • Deep understanding of global and multinational organizations’ businesses • Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment • Academic degree in Accounting, Law, Economics, Finance, Management, or a related field – Mandatory • Strong executive presence and experience participating in strategic planning initiatives • Strong research, verbal, and written communication skills • Experience and/or ability to work with AI tools – Mandatory • Native-level English is required
