📋 Description

• Coordinate between teams for the flawless execution of projects. • Client relationship management and client communication with respect to all phases of the project • Leading a completely remote team, responsible for their training and productivity • Well versed with Agile methodologies and play the role of scrum master • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope. • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility. • Ensure resource availability and allocation. • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress. • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule. • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. • Report and escalate to management as needed. • Perform risk management to minimize project risks. • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation • Drive and active contributor to organizational initiatives and goals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably Engineering • 5 to 10 Years of experience • Background in business skills, management, budgeting, and analysis of 4+ years • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on development experience • Proficient in Project management tools such as Jira, MS project plan, Trello, Asana, Version One, MS Office, etc. • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development, cloud technologies, and web technologies. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills. • Good to have an analytics background • Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector. • PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
