📋 Description

• Drive the engineering, preparation, and execution of our offshore wind installation projects • Develop detailed method statements to ensure safe and efficient operations offshore • At sea or onshore, you will proudly lead by example • Delivering innovative solutions, safeguarding safety, and staying focused on results • Review and validate Orcaflex analyses performed by the engineering team • Review engineering reports, procedures, manuals, and method statements • Prepare work packs for project execution • Translate theory into practice on site, optimizing and leading operations when needed • Support the project with ad-hoc operational needs and respond to project management queries • Ensure planning, reporting, cost management and budget follow-up

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor / Master degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Offshore or Marine Engineering • Experience in the area of subsea cable installation or offshore wind installation projects • Willingness to work abroad on our vessels or projects and in the office • Fluent in verbal and written English • Excellent team player and a good communicator • Hands-on mindset, commitment to Safety, and passion for offshore innovation
