📋 Description

• You independently process claims — from cost estimates to invoices — and calculate reimbursements using our software. • You work closely with experienced colleagues and leaders who will challenge, support and inspire you. • You support the optimization and automation of our claims management processes and contribute ideas for how we can further improve the customer experience. • You assist our customer support colleagues with claim-related questions, directly contributing to customer satisfaction. • In addition to processing claims, you will take on cross-functional tasks such as handling customer phone calls. • Together as a team you achieve daily and monthly targets — with focus, structure and team spirit.

🎯 Requirements

• Some experience in claims handling or billing — ideally in a dental or insurance-related environment. • A confident, friendly presence and clear, empathetic communication. • A structured, independent working style and good time management. • Comfortable working with digital tools — MS Office and modern software solutions are familiar to you. • Very good German skills (at least C1). English is not required but is helpful in our international environment.
