📋 Description

• Capture and analyze user and business needs • Ensure project outcomes align with the service vision and business strategy • Analyze requirements • Design and implement functional solutions in projects • Provide effort estimations for projects • Coordinate with the Omega team and/or client to fulfill project objectives • Analyze and improve application performance • Collaborate with technology providers when required • Validate solutions against functional requirements • Comply with Omega's agreed software quality standards • Generate functional documentation for completed projects • Share knowledge within Omega's community of practice

🎯 Requirements

• Full professional proficiency in English is required (capable of driving business conversations and fluent written/spoken communication) • +4 years of proven experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, and consulting roles • Strong hands-on experience working with Salesforce clouds, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud • Proven capability to act as a functional liaison between clients and cross-functional technical teams to translate business requirements into functional solutions • Solid experience working under Agile delivery principles (SCRUM)
