📋 Description
• Manage end-to-end B2B customer implementations • Track schedules, backlog, and SLAs • Serve as the liaison between customers, technicians, and internal teams • Coordinate project scheduling and execution • Help resolve blockers and impediments • Monitor third-party providers and ensure delivery quality • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
🎯 Requirements
• Experience with telecommunications or network projects • Experience implementing B2B customer solutions • Experience managing deadlines, scope, and SLAs • Hands-on, delivery-focused approach • Experience managing multiple telecom projects • Ability to oversee multiple telecom implementation projects • Willingness to work under an independent contractor (PJ) arrangement
