📋 Description

• Manage the backend engineering team • Oversee execution, architecture and people development in an AI-focused payments backend organization • Design and maintain backend services powering integrations with hundreds of merchants and payment providers globally • Drive team efficiency for accurate costing and delivery of initiatives • Enable a low-tech-debt, highly innovative engineering organization • Coach and mentor technical leads and engineering managers

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience building backend systems at scale • Experience ideally in fintech and payments • Experience building teams and successfully developing individuals • Experience delivering high-availability, reliable systems efficiently • Strong communication and organizational skills • Backend engineering and payments-platform expertise • Ability to mentor technical leads and engineering managers
