📋 Description

• Design and maintain backend services for Deuna's integrations with merchants and payments providers globally. • Drive efficiency across the team for accurate costing and delivery of initiatives. • Enable a low tech-debt, highly innovative engineering organization. • Coach and mentor technical leads and engineering managers.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience building backend systems at scale, ideally in fintech and payments space. • Great mentor with successful team building and individual development. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Passionate about self-development and encouraging others to improve.
