📋 Description

• Provide online and telephone support to course participants • Advise customers on services, course offerings, and procedures • Handle written inquiries via live chat and email • Document and resolve customer requests in the HubSpot ticketing system • Conduct and assess placement tests across different language levels • Manage and maintain course and participant records • Prepare quotations, invoices, and certificates of participation • Support the teams in Germany and Austria from the back office in Hungary • Participate in the shared daily work routine of the remote team • Attend virtual training sessions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience or training in business administration or customer consulting • Experience in areas such as hospitality, tourism, and foreign-language correspondence is relevant • Customer-oriented mindset and enjoyment of working with people • Strong organizational skills, initiative, and a reliable working style • Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools • Excellent German skills • Good English skills • Team player with enthusiasm for collaborating in a remote team • Application documents must be submitted in German • Please state your salary expectations and earliest possible start date
