📋 Description

• Support participants online and by phone • Advise customers on services, course offerings, and procedures • Handle written inquiries via live chat and email • Document and resolve customer issues in the HubSpot ticketing system • Conduct and assess placement tests for different language levels • Manage and maintain course and participant documentation • Prepare certificates, attendance confirmations, quotations, and reservations • Support the teams in Germany and Austria from Hungary in a back-office capacity • Participate in the shared virtual work environment and regular virtual training sessions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience or training in business administration or customer service • Customer-focused approach and enjoyment of working with people • Strong organizational skills, initiative, and a reliable working style • Proficiency with MS Office and digital communication tools • Very good German skills • Good English skills • Ability to work in a team and enjoy collaborating with a remote team • Application documents in German • Please include your salary expectations and earliest start date in your application
