📋 Description

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with senior management and stakeholders • Develop project plans, schedules, and milestones • Identify and allocate personnel, budget, and technology resources • Lead project teams and provide direction and motivation • Monitor project progress, risks, and issues, implementing corrective actions • Maintain project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, and change requests • Engage stakeholders, gather requirements, provide updates, and obtain feedback • Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams and external partners • Manage stakeholder expectations and alignment with project goals • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and organizational policies • Conduct project reviews and audits and implement continuous improvement • Coordinate testing, validation, and acceptance processes • Monitor and control project budgets and resource allocation • Resolve resource constraints and conflicts • Complete project activities and secure deliverable approval • Conduct post-project evaluations and capture lessons learned • Handover project outputs to operational teams or clients

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, or a related field • Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager managing complex projects • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall • Experience with project management tools such as MS Project and JIRA • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite • German proficiency at B2 level • English proficiency at B2 level • Willingness to travel abroad • Minimum 2–3 years leading larger projects of high complexity • Effective stakeholder engagement and relationship management • Strong organizational and time management abilities • High adaptability and flexibility in dynamic environments • Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities • Ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills • ICT background, preferably networking • ITIL knowledge
