📋 Description

• Provide financial and strategic judgments on business transactions, measures, projects, new technologies, business models, and market developments • Coordinate strategic planning processes for assigned business units • Perform planning and forecasting activities • Devise forecast models and long-term scenario studies for business model development • Steer, manage, drive, and perform financial controlling of group-wide financial KPIs • Generate TSI Executive Management overview reports at LBU level • Analyze key financials on month-to-date, year-to-date, and previous-year bases across actuals, forecasts, and budgets • Perform account controlling, including month-end closing, forecasting, and budgeting • Perform project controlling, including budgeting and forecasting • Analyze, calculate, and book financial entries, including accruals, revenues, costs, true-ups, order entry, and order backlog • Run month-end and year-end closing • Coordinate relevant closing processes within assigned responsibilities globally • Serve as top knowledge and operational authority without disciplinary responsibility • Potentially manage assigned colleagues operationally

🎯 Requirements

• Master degree in Economics • At least 6 years experience in finance sector • Expert in MS Office • Advanced in SAP • Intermediate in PowerBI • Analytic skills, ownership and time management on expert level • Communication and organization skills on advanced level • Expert in result interpretation, reporting and financial processes overview • Advanced in budgeting, planning and data analytics • German language mandatory, minimum B2 • English language minimum B2 • Remote work available only within Slovakia due to European taxation regulation
