📋 Description

• Provide financial and strategic judgments on business transactions, measures, projects, new technologies, business models, and market developments • Coordinate strategic planning processes for assigned business units • Perform planning and forecasting activities in high-level strategic task areas • Devise forecast models and long-term scenario studies for business model development • Steer, manage, drive, and perform financial controlling of group-wide financial KPIs • Generate TSI Executive Management overview reports at LBU level • Analyze key financials on month-to-date, year-to-date, and previous-year bases across actuals, forecasts, and budgets • Perform account controlling, including month-end closing, forecasting, and budgeting • Perform project controlling, including budgeting and forecasting • Analyze, calculate, and book financial entries such as accruals, revenues, costs, true-ups, order entry, and order backlog • Run month-end and year-end closing • Coordinate relevant closing processes globally within assigned responsibilities • Serve as top knowledge and operational authority without disciplinary responsibility • Potentially manage the operations of assigned colleagues

🎯 Requirements

• Master degree in Economics • At least 6 years of experience in the finance sector • Expert proficiency in MS Office • Advanced proficiency in SAP • Intermediate proficiency in Power BI • Expert-level analytical skills, ownership, and time management • Advanced communication and organization skills • Expert result interpretation, reporting, and financial-process overview skills • Advanced budgeting, planning, and data analytics skills • German language proficiency at minimum B2 level • English language proficiency at minimum B2 level • Ability to work remotely from within Slovakia
