📋 Description
• The Senior Controller is responsible for the assigned controlling area. • Provide financial and strategic assessments of business transactions, measures, and projects. • Coordinate strategic planning processes for the assigned business unit(s). • Develop forecast models and long-term scenario analyses for business model development. • Steer, manage, drive and perform financial controlling of group-wide financial KPIs within the assigned area. • Prepare TSI Executive Management overview reports at the LBU level. • Conduct analyses of key financials on a month-to-date, year-to-date and prior-year basis. • Account controlling (month-end closing, forecasting, budgeting). • Project controlling (budgeting, forecasting). • Analyze, calculate and record financial entries in the system. • Execute month-end close and coordinate year-end closing and relevant closing processes.
🎯 Requirements
• Master's degree in Economics. • Minimum of 6 years' experience in the finance sector. • Expert in MS Office; advanced user of SAP; intermediate in Power BI. • Expert-level analytical skills, strong ownership and time management. • Advanced communication and organizational skills. • Expert in result interpretation, reporting and overall financial process understanding. • Advanced skills in budgeting, planning and data analytics. • German (mandatory, minimum B2) and English (minimum B2).
