📋 Description
• Managing certificates and PGP keys, including proactive handling • Job scheduling and management, transport landscape administration, SAP system and RFC connections, SAP support including establishing system connections • Handling SAP incidents (Basis), requesting and managing technical users, and managing exception/emergency procedures • If applicable, administering Web Dispatcher and Cloud Connector, SAP email delivery, and system/profile parameters • If applicable, managing SAP printers and supporting SAP license measurement • Issuing developer and object keys • Supporting SAP application clients • Acting as the first point of contact for SAP system inquiries • Serving as the interface to SAP operations • Managing, configuring, monitoring, reporting on, and administering SAP Cloud (BTP) • Updating and installing third‑party SAP add-ons • Handling transport and change management • Administering SAP clients, including lifecycle management, maintaining SAP installation files and configuration data, testing, coordinating module tests, supporting rollouts, single sign-on (SSO), and dependency management • Creating and implementing quality assurance measures and maintaining/updating documentation • Supporting provider management for the SAP data center service provider and monitoring SLA compliance
🎯 Requirements
• SAP Certified Consultant – SAP S/4HANA System Administration (certified) • Extensive SAP Basis configuration experience and broad technical expertise, including S/4HANA • Familiarity with operating systems such as Linux and Windows • Knowledge of ITSM processes aligned with ITIL • Understanding of DevOps processes • Proficient in SAP authorization management • Committed, reliable, and responsible work approach, with strong communication skills
