🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of Project manager experience with Scrum and Kanban frameworks • Strong project management skills: planning, execution, delivery, risk management, etc. • People management skills • Advanced reporting skills to coordinate with stakeholders and teams effectively • Fluency with core PM tools and methods • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Proactivity, flexibility, responsibility • Upper-Intermediate+ English level • Nice to have: Experience with message queues or event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Service Bus, etc.) • Nice to have: Experience with Docker or containerized environments • Nice to have: Experience with CI/CD pipelines
