📋 Description

• Join a small, lean engineering team building backend services • Power AI-driven document drafting and analysis workflows • Build reliable, scalable systems • Collaborate closely with product and data teams • Contribute to staff augmentation projects for fast-growing global clients

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience • Strong Python skills • Production experience with FastAPI or a comparable framework • Experience working with relational and document databases, particularly MySQL and MongoDB • Experience with async/event-driven patterns • Working knowledge of AWS microservices architecture, including services such as ECS, RDS, or similar managed services • Experience or familiarity with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code • B2 English level • Experience with gRPC/protobuf is a plus • Exposure to data pipelines, cloud data warehouses, or AI/LLM integrations is a strong plus
