📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Python • Develop distributed systems involving databases, APIs, message queues, and data processing pipelines • Own features and services throughout their lifecycle, from design and implementation to monitoring and optimization • Build production-ready systems focused on reliability, performance, and maintainability • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Improve system performance, scalability, and operational efficiency • Leverage AI-assisted development tools while ensuring code quality and engineering best practices • Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decisions • Continuously improve development processes, tooling, and engineering standards

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering or backend development • 5+ years of professional experience with Python building production-grade backend systems • Strong experience with Java • Hands-on experience with AI/LLM-based application development, including AI agents, agentic systems, or LLM-powered applications • Experience building AI-driven features, LLM integrations, or agentic workflows in production environments highly preferred • Solid understanding of distributed systems, scalable architectures, and asynchronous processing • Experience with databases, message queues, and data processing pipelines • Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments • Proven experience building, maintaining, optimizing, and improving products after launch • Strong ownership mindset, autonomy, and ability to thrive in startup or fast-paced environments • Advanced English level • Nice to have: product-focused company experience, cybersecurity product experience, Kafka/RabbitMQ or similar messaging systems, large-scale distributed data processing, high-growth startup or scale-up background, and large technology company experience
