📋 Description

• Own and evolve BI integrations and semantic model converters • Build integrations for Excel, Google Sheets, and Looker • Build converters that translate external semantic models into SML • Solve complex cross-protocol challenges across MDX, DAX, and SQL • Ensure authentication, query accuracy, performance, and reliability across different data models • Investigate real customer issues • Strengthen automated test coverage • Turn recurring problems into durable solutions • Collaborate in a LATAM-based software company focused on staff augmentation for fast-growing global clients

🎯 Requirements

• +5 years of experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python • Strong software engineering fundamentals • Experience building and shipping production software, ideally involving client integrations, plugins, or SDKs • Proven working experience with SQL • Exposure to analytical query languages and semantics such as MDX and DAX • Experience with authentication and session mechanisms, including OAuth and tokens • Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing • Experience with tools such as Jest and techniques for mocking requests and responses • Experience using modern AI-assisted development tools, with good judgment around when AI can accelerate development and when human review is required • Experience with semantic layers, OLAP, and BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Cognos, including BI drivers and connector ecosystems is a nice to have • Candidates must be based in Latin America
