📋 Description

• Define the Digital Workplace strategy in alignment with the IT roadmap and business objectives • Lead migration and enhancement projects for M365, Teams, intranet, and device management tools, managing costs, timelines, and quality • Design and harden Windows/macOS workplace environments using Intune, Autopilot, and Azure AD • Monitor technological developments in collaborative tools and their use cases • Ensure the daily availability and performance of collaborative tools • Handle complex incidents at Level 3 expertise and serve as a technical reference for support teams • Automate recurring tasks and application deployment processes using PowerShell • Deploy, optimize, and drive adoption of modern collaborative tools

🎯 Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem: Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Yammer, and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) • Solid project management experience (Waterfall/V-Model and Agile/Scrum) • Advanced knowledge of identity management (Azure AD / Entra ID) and data security (Purview) • Professional English proficiency (technical context and documentation) • Master's degree or equivalent (Bac +5) • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience • Experience managing a transformation environment or a multi-stakeholder environment
