📋 Description

• Maintain global strategic oversight of modern Cloud Environments and bridge business strategy with technical execution • Report directly to the CIO and serve on the IT Board • Align global infrastructure investments with organizational goals and manage the comprehensive I&O budget using FinOps • Direct, lead, and mentor multidisciplinary teams covering Systems, Network, Telephony, Workstations, and France Onsite support • Partner with local IT departments across EMEA to harmonize technology stacks, share best practices, and drive unified infrastructure standards • Drive migration from legacy infrastructure to automated, software-defined cloud environments using AWS, Azure, or GCP and Infrastructure as Code • Oversee global corporate and cloud networking architectures, including SD-WAN, SASE, and VPNs • Oversee global unified communications, including VoIP and RingCentral • Define endpoint management strategy, provisioning workflows, and standard operating environments • Ensure high service availability with a target of 99.9% or higher • Manage Incident, Problem, and Change Management protocols following ITIL v4 standards • Develop, maintain, and test Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans for cloud and hybrid environments • Partner with the CISO on DevSecOps security principles and compliance with GDPR, NIS2, and regional European mandates

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in IT Infrastructure • At least 5+ years managing matrixed, international teams covering Network, Systems, and Helpdesk • Deep technical and architectural expertise in Azure, AWS, or GCP • Architect-level cloud certifications highly preferred • Solid understanding of modern enterprise networking, VoIP telephony systems, and endpoint/workstation lifecycle management • Experience managing local and remote teams across diverse EMEA regional cultures • Expert knowledge and practical experience with ITIL v4 and Agile frameworks • Full professional fluency in English, written and spoken • Strong financial acumen, including budget control, telecom/hardware procurement, and cloud cost optimization using FinOps • Ability to drive high team performance and track MTTR, CSAT, and infrastructure uptime SLAs
