📋 Description

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise clients • Lead solution design workshops • Define Power Platform governance strategies and recommend best practices • Design, architect, and build complex Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps with advanced business logic, custom PCF components, and responsive layouts • Architect end-to-end Power Automate cloud and desktop (RPA) flows • Ensure workflow performance, error handling, and API integration • Model secure, scalable relational data structures in Dataverse • Design custom connectors and REST API integrations with Azure services, SAP, or Microsoft 365 • Enforce CoE Starter Kit standards, managed solutions, and DLP policies • Implement automated ALM deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions • Lead technical workstreams and architecture discussions independently • Recommend scalable low-code/no-code ecosystem solutions directly to enterprise clients

🎯 Requirements

• Senior Power Platform Developer / Architect with a strong consultant mindset • Ability to work with total autonomy and deliver architectural value from day one without internal supervision • Proven experience leading technical discussions and managing C-level stakeholders • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Solid track record of end-to-end Power Platform implementations in complex, high-security enterprise environments • Deep hands-on expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, Power BI integration, and custom connector development • Hands-on experience with Power Platform CLI, solution packager, and CI/CD pipelines for multi-environment deployments (Dev/Test/Prod) • Experience with CoE Starter Kit standards, managed solutions, DLP policies, and ALM deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions • Experience designing custom components (PCF), REST API integrations, and integrations with Azure services, SAP, or Microsoft 365
