📋 Description

• Lead the creation of innovative, scalable ServiceNow solution designs for implementations and transformations • Collaborate with technical teams and ServiceNow experts to provide strategic guidance and drive customer success • Contribute to pre-sales activities • Help teammates solve complex problems • Work with the latest ServiceNow platform features and develop expertise • Serve as technical advisor in client communications • Translate complex business needs into clear, executable technical roadmaps

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for the ServiceNow platform and willingness to learn its evolving possibilities • Senior team member who is a self-starter and can manage workload and drive projects forward • Client-focused and able to understand customer needs • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions • Ability to deliver presentations that resonate with the audience • Experience designing and building ServiceNow solution designs • Understanding of enterprise-level architecture and integrations • Understanding of best-practice application development principles on the ServiceNow platform • Ability to read and debug JavaScript code • Ability to manage customer interactions and work effectively with diverse team members • Fluency in Swedish and English required
