📋 Description

• Serve as a hands-on senior technical architect on the Applied AI Engineering team • Own the end-to-end design and delivery of AI-driven business transformation projects • Work with pre-sales teams to scope technical integration and implementation strategies • Translate business requirements into architectural solutions • Own detailed technical designs and drive post-sales execution • Write code for proofs-of-concept, custom integrations, and solution prototypes • Build, configure, and launch intelligent agents using the DevRev platform • Connect AI agents with CRMs, APIs, databases, and other external platforms • Tune prompts, logic, and agent configurations for accuracy, reliability, and scalability • Partner with customers to define technical agent specifications • Lead live demos and rapidly iterate on proofs-of-concept using customer feedback • Define project plans, align internal teams, and ensure timely deployment delivery • Advise customers on AI agent architecture, performance, and long-term scalability • Work directly with customers approximately 80% of the time • Collaborate across pre-sales, customer success, engineering, and product teams • Debug complex integration challenges and implement key technical components

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in software development, AI/ML engineering, or technical consulting • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field • Strong proficiency using TypeScript/JavaScript and Python • Knowledge of data structures and algorithms • Knowledge of large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, RAG, function calling, and building evals for agentic AI solutions • Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure • Experience with modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD, containers, and observability • Experience integrating systems via APIs, webhooks, and event/data pipelines • Experience using A/B testing, telemetry, and metrics • Strong written and verbal skills to articulate technical concepts to engineers and business stakeholders • Advanced degrees or certifications in AI/architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or SAFe are a plus • Shortlisted candidates must undergo Background Verification (BGV) • Customer-facing experience is a plus • Go is nice to have
