📋 Description
• We are looking for a **Finance Director** to lead the financial operations of Devsu, while acting as a strategic partner to leadership. • This is not a traditional accounting role. You will act as a senior financial leader, owning financial visibility, planning, and decision support across the company, and serving as a key partner to leadership in shaping the business. • You’ll be responsible for ensuring financial accuracy and helping shape the financial direction of the business, balancing execution with strategy.
🎯 Requirements
• **Qualifications ** • - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. • - 3+ years of experience in finance/accounting roles, with increasing responsibility. • - Strong knowledge of: • - Ecuadorian accounting and tax regulations (required). • - U.S. GAAP (working knowledge required). • - Experience managing multi-entity or international financial operations. • - Proven experience in financial planning, modeling, and analysis (FP&A). • - Strong business acumen—ability to connect numbers to decisions. • - Advanced Excel / financial modeling skills. • - Fluent in Spanish and English.
