📋 Description

• Own the quarterly revenue forecasting process • Support the long-range planning cycle across multiple regions • Develop and integrate commercial analytics • Identify trends and translate them into forecast assumptions • Build logical, scalable models in Excel • Visualize the impact of business changes • Partner with internal teams to incorporate market dynamics and cross-functional expertise into demand forecasts • Collaborate with pricing, finance, sales, marketing, and operations to align forecasts with strategic goals • Communicate forecast assumptions and results to senior leadership through presentations and visualizations • Perform mid-quarter variance analysis and identify key drivers for leadership • Support sales operations with incentive goal setting • Support supply chain with manufacturing and planning inputs • Act as a strategic forecasting partner to commercial leaders • Identify opportunities to leverage data for decision-making and process improvement • Shape the evolution of forecasting processes and methodologies

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in FP&A, Management Consulting, Demand Planning or a similar analytical or commercial function • Experience with VBA or programming languages (e.g., SQL, R, Python, etc.) is essential • Experience accessing large data sets via Google BigQuery and Amazon Redshift • Advanced Excel skills with experience building and maintaining logical, scalable models • Excellent analytical skills and strong business acumen • Familiarity with visualization tools like Tableau or similar • Strong communication skills in English • Additional languages such as German, Spanish, or French are a bonus • Collaborative, cross-functional working approach • Ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure • Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced, changing environment • Growth mindset and enthusiasm to learn and develop • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5–8 years of related experience • Travel requirement of 5–15%
