• Work in full collaboration with local partners/distributors to expand access to Dexcom therapies in Eastern Europe. • Develop and implement CGM reimbursement expansion strategies for new indications in the region. • Develop strategies to engage clinical and patient associations to further expand reimbursement. • Drive implementation of value tools from the EMEA Market Access team. • Identify opportunities to strengthen the local value story and develop new tools through data generation and external partnerships. • Lead strategies for shaping the tender landscape. • Establish opportunities for local sales teams to execute switch business based on the perceived value of rt-CGM. • Create and execute plans to secure market access and drive CGM funding by working with local and national payers and procurement teams. • Support increased Dexcom market share and achievement of national revenue and funded new-patient targets. • Maximize strategic partnerships with other companies to maximize sales of the standalone product. • Travel up to 50%, mainly in Eastern Europe.
• Fluent in English. • Proficiency in one or more of the following languages is preferred: Polish, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, Romanian, Bulgarian, or Turkish. • Strong knowledge and experience of the market access landscape across Eastern Europe. • Proven ability to work effectively in a matrix organization. • Successful experience managing vendors and consultants. • In-depth understanding of the medical device market access landscape and secondary- and primary-care pathways, including clinical and funding processes. • Understanding and experience of the Eastern European policy environment and related processes. • Understanding of health economic concepts and experience using health economic messaging and tools. • Proven track record of achieving targets and delivering results. • Solid experience analyzing health economic and clinical data. • Strong commercial selling skills, including sales competency or sales-skills training. • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Understanding of CRM systems. • Full driving license. • Experience in the diabetes market is highly preferred. • In-depth understanding of the HES is preferred. • Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 13 years of related experience. • At this level, a graduate degree may be expected with six years of related experience. • Candidates must already have the right to work in the EU if seeking relocation support.
