📋 Description

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding • Recruit local and expatriate employees across multiple departments and business functions • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop hiring strategies • Manage recruitment pipelines and fill vacancies within agreed service levels • Conduct candidate assessments and provide hiring recommendations • Develop and maintain sourcing channels through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking events, and recruitment agencies • Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs • Coordinate onboarding documentation, orientation, and employee setup • Partner with HR Administration, IT, and department managers to facilitate onboarding • Manage relationships with external recruitment partners and employment vendors • Monitor recruitment agency performance and sourcing effectiveness • Support employee lifecycle processes from onboarding through offboarding • Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and HR system data accuracy • Support employee relations matters, engagement initiatives, and workplace issues • Manage resignation and termination processes, exit interviews, and clearance procedures • Monitor recruitment KPIs and prepare recruitment reports and workforce updates • Analyze hiring trends and recommend improvements to recruitment strategies and processes • Support data-driven decision-making through recruitment analytics

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience within Gaming, BPO, Online, Technology, or related industries • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes • Experience recruiting both local and expatriate employees is highly preferred • Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies, sourcing strategies, and talent acquisition best practices • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS systems • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret recruitment data and workforce trends • Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Experience leading recruitment projects or mentoring junior recruiters is considered an advantage • Good command of English, written and spoken • Vietnamese language proficiency is required • Chinese language proficiency is considered a strong advantage
