📋 Description

• Install, debug, and provide technical maintenance for product and component hardware and software, mainly on customer premises • Provide scheduled inspections, cleaning, and other services • Perform minor product repairs within an assigned territory • Inspect products for correct operation and resolve issues or escalate according to established procedures • Schedule services and complete required paperwork • Work with customers to ensure satisfaction with service delivery and understanding of product functionality • Troubleshoot hardware and software failures using diagnostic tools • Perform component-level hardware repairs • Clean and adjust mechanical components • Configure and install applicable software • Perform routine preventive-maintenance checks and refill consumables • Install, move, add, change, and remove hardware and software products • Instruct and train customers on installed hardware and software usage • Participate in hardware and software training • Participate in initiatives to achieve agreed KPIs • Assist with special projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Education or equivalent work experience required • Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Field Services • Good written and verbal communication skills • Driver's license and driving record that satisfies DN's fleet requirements
