📋 Description

• Verify household eligibility for the Energy Voucher (Chèque énergie) program. • Assist beneficiaries with creating and logging into their personal account. • Process reissuance requests in cases of loss, non-receipt, or errors. • Help users update their personal information. • Explain how to use the Energy Voucher. • Record and track reports of lost vouchers. • Provide general information about the program.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written (minimum C1 level). • Must be legally authorized to work in Portugal.
