📋 Description

• You will support German- and English-speaking Platinum customers by phone. • You will answer questions about internet, mobile, TV, roaming and billing. • You will analyze customer issues and independently find appropriate solutions. • You will take ownership of the entire case without transferring the customer unnecessarily. • You will identify additional needs and recommend suitable products or services. • You will work with multiple internal systems and document your customer contacts carefully. • For complex cases you will receive direct support from experienced technical contacts. • The position consists exclusively of inbound calls.

🎯 Requirements

• Very good German language skills • English skills at least at B2 level • First experience in customer service, call center or telephone customer contact • Enjoyment of advising customers, problem solving and occasional upselling • Confident computer skills and the ability to work with multiple programs simultaneously • A structured, reliable and independent way of working • Empathy and calmness, even when a customer is dissatisfied • Residence in Portugal and a Portuguese tax and social security number • Sales experience is a plus but not a requirement
