📋 Description

• Design, develop, implement, and continuously improve automation solutions based on Ansible • Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks, roles, and reusable automation components for configuration, provisioning, and operations processes • Plan, manage, and execute build, deployment, and release processes in complex IT infrastructure environments • Automate and standardize deployment, configuration, and operations processes for Microsoft- and Linux-based systems • Develop and optimize standardized, reproducible provisioning and deployment processes, including rollback scenarios and operational handovers • Use PowerShell as a complementary automation and scripting language, particularly for Microsoft-based infrastructure components • Administer and technically integrate Microsoft infrastructures, particularly Windows Server, Active Directory, IAM, Microsoft SQL Server, SharePoint, and Exchange • Support the administration and integration of Linux systems and VMware-based virtualized platforms • Analyze, assess, refactor, and further develop existing scripts and automation solutions with regard to maintainability, stability, reusability, and code quality • Analyze and resolve issues within automated build, deployment, configuration, and release processes • Coordinate and ensure the quality of releases, working closely with infrastructure, operations, development, and project teams • Create and maintain technical documentation, operating procedures, and automation and release documentation • Process and document requirements, user stories, and tickets in Jira, and use Confluence for technical documentation and knowledge management

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with Ansible for automating configuration, deployment, and operations processes • Very good knowledge of developing and maintaining Ansible playbooks and roles • Experience with Infrastructure as Code/Configuration as Code and the standardization of IT infrastructures • Extensive experience in build, deployment, and release management • Good knowledge of PowerShell for automating Microsoft-based infrastructure environments • Good knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory, as well as experience with Linux systems • Experience with VMware-based virtualization environments • Good understanding of release, change, and configuration management processes • Experience in error analysis, troubleshooting, and optimizing automation solutions • Structured, independent, and quality-focused approach to work • Experience with Jira and Confluence, as well as IT projects in the public sector • Native German speaker or German proficiency at least at C1 level • English proficiency at B1 level • Complete application documents, including a cover letter, CV, and references
