📋 Description

• Write original reasoning prompts in Swahili • Create puzzles involving linguistic reasoning, cultural reasoning, and wordplay/riddles • Develop complex puzzles focused on grammar, syntax, linguistic ambiguity, cultural context, local traditions, culturally grounded mathematics, puns, and double meanings • Submit the native-language prompt, definitive answer, rationale, English translation, and difficulty rating for every puzzle • Ensure puzzles are original, not searchable online, not copied, and not simple translations of existing puzzles

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level fluency in Swahili with exceptional writing skills • High proficiency in English for clear, accurate translations and rationales • Background in Linguistics, Creative Writing, Translation, or Logic/Mathematics • Creative and analytical thinking • Ability to design problems requiring lateral thinking, cultural context, and multi-step reasoning • Understanding of how automated and computational systems process language • Ability to create original puzzles that are resistant to automated solving techniques and web searches • Puzzles must be solvable by a smart, educated native speaker • Submit application by 30th October 2026
