📋 Description

• Planning, managing and implementing SAP ERP HCM EC Payroll projects of various sizes • Supporting integration-related questions around Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and actively accompanying system integration • Developing roadmaps for adopting modern SAP technologies together with clients • Participating in the implementation and adaptation of various collective bargaining agreements and payroll processes • Advising clients with in-depth subject-matter expertise, including regarding adjacent modules and subsystems • Performing customizing tasks, including extending and creating schemes, cycles and mashups, and configuring the Payroll Control Center (PCC) • Monitoring and implementing statutory changes, especially in the areas of tax and social security • Handling SPAU and SPPD during upgrades and year-end changes • Continuously developing personal expertise in new technologies and digital solutions

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics/Information Systems, or a related field • Ideally at least three years of experience in projects involving SAP ERP HCM PY and ECP • Experience with HR processes and payroll systems • Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills • Structured working style, organizational talent and a strong team player • High customer and service orientation • Independent, proactive working approach and interest in innovative solutions • Very good English skills for international projects
