📋 Description

• Develop and maintain project plans, scopes, timelines, budgets, and schedules • Brief, manage, and support internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes • Apply Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban • Make minor updates in CMS, CRM, or Figma • Manage dependencies, deadlines, and deliverables across concurrent workstreams • Act as day-to-day client contact and provide updates • Manage expectations and resolve problems quickly • Clarify and refine requirements with stakeholders • Deliver documentation, timelines, and responsive communication • Own QA and testing cycles against technical, UX, and brand standards • Identify risks and implement mitigation plans • Monitor budgets, time, utilisation, and delivery • Manage reconciliation, invoice schedules, and forecasting

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a digital agency or similar environment • Track record of managing complex website builds • Availability to start ASAP and commit through 18 December 2026 • Ability to get up to speed quickly and take ownership of delivery • Impeccable attention to detail and strong organisational skills • Strong understanding of workflows across creative, development, UX, and media teams • Experience with Agile methodologies and digital delivery frameworks • Confident, clear, and solutions-focused stakeholder management • Ability to balance multiple priorities without compromising quality • Experience using Productive, Slack, Asana, Jira, Trello, or similar • Quiet, reliable remote work setup with high-speed internet • Bonus: website replatforming experience and hands-on familiarity with CMS platforms, Figma, or CRM tools
