📋 Description

• Provide end-to-end technical and functional architecture leadership across Oracle CCS, C2M, CC&B, MDM, and SGG • Translate functional business requirements into detailed Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and Technical Design Documents (TDDs) • Develop custom algorithms, plug-in scripts, BPA scripts, service scripts, UI Maps, Zones, and Portals • Monitor daily and nightly batch processing runs, execution streams, and queue thresholds • Identify stuck or long-running batch jobs, review POSTROUT and application logs, execute stream restarts, and resolve batch data exceptions • Configure and support Oracle modules across Rating, Billing, Payments, Credit & Collections, Deposits, Start/Stop, Premise/Service Agreement management, and To-Do exception processing • Support MDM measurement data loading (IMD), VEE rule execution, Usage Subscription (US) processing, interval data aggregation, and SGG payload processing for smart meters • Build and support REST/SOAP web services, inbound/outbound messages, and middleware touchpoints between Oracle Utilities systems and enterprise applications • Investigate production incidents in ServiceNow/Jira within strict SLA targets • Perform root-cause diagnosis, write code fixes or SQL data scripts, test in non-prod (SIT/UAT), and prepare CAB change packages

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience for Mid Level and 8+ years of experience for Senior Level in technical and functional experience in Oracle CC&B, C2M, CCS, and MDM • Experience with batch processing: daily batch monitoring, batch job execution, thread management, error log analysis, and batch optimization • Experience in Java SE, Groovy scripting, SQL, PL/SQL, XML, XPath/XQuery, and OUAF Configuration Tools • Experience in writing FDDs/TDDs and executing unit testing, SIT, UAT, and hyper-care stabilization support • Experience in understanding the Meter-to-Cash (M2C) lifecycle and MDM VEE/usage calculation engines • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using Jira, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow
