📋 Description

• Take end-to-end ownership of finance operations across APAC, initially focusing on Vietnam and Indonesia • Cover accounting, invoicing, settlement, reconciliation, banking, and payments • Review and optimise local accounting operations with external providers • Support selection, negotiation, onboarding, and transition of accounting providers • Manage local banking relationships and entity financing activities • Coordinate documentation, banking processes, regulatory registrations, and reporting • Support monthly financial reporting and P&L analysis across APAC • Identify trends, variances, and risks and provide insights to management and business teams • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning • Act as a Finance point of contact for APAC partners • Own complex or urgent cases and coordinate timely resolution with internal teams • Improve billing, reconciliation, and payment workflows and internal systems • Support financial setup of new partners, markets, and entities • Collaborate across Finance and the wider organisation on cross-functional initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant finance experience • Solid accounting and financial operations knowledge • Hands-on experience with month-end closing, invoicing, payments, settlements, reconciliations, and financial controls • Practical experience with local GAAP and IFRS • Experience working with external accountants and tax advisors across APAC markets • Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and data analysis • Familiarity with SQL, PostgreSQL, and AI tools • Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills • Confidence working directly with partners, banks, and service providers • Fluent English and Vietnamese required • Big 4 or audit background preferred • Experience with Payment Service Providers, banking, or payment operations preferred • Experience in technology, marketplace, e-commerce, travel, or transaction-heavy businesses preferred • Exposure to group reporting and European or international headquarters preferred
